Our low carb vegetable selection includes: a mix of peppers & onion, brussel sprouts, asparagus, snow peas, mushrooms, mushrooms & onion mix, a mix of peppers, mushrooms & onion, broccoli, and broccoli & cauliflower mix. There may be an extra charge for the replacement due to the cost of vegetables compared to rice.
