Q. What comes with your meals?
A. We provide you with your protein and starch for your meal plus all the other recipe ingredients required to cook your meal. All ingredients are precut and proportioned accordingly. The meals are not processed food – they are made with fresh ingredients and with no added preservatives. The meals are not precooked – you are the chef, we are the shoppers and prep cooks – you receive all the fresh, precut, proportioned meal ingredients.

Q. Can I order a vegetable with my meal?
A. You may choose to add a vegetable to your meal at time of purchase. Pick your meal and your options will come available. That way the choice is up to you. Not all meals will have vegetable options; it depends on the menu selection.

Q. What does the meal packages consist of?
A. We provide each meal frozen in its own container. Clearly labeled on the container are the instructions on how to cook your meal. All items are sealed individually inside for optimum freshness. We have already done all the chopping and assembly of the meal – all you have to do is cook it. And most times you can use the tray supplied to cook your meal – saving on dishes.

Q. How long does it take to cook a meal?
A. Most meals, once defrosted, will take between 20-40 minutes to cook. But this may vary based on the meal. Please see our menu selection for individual cooking times.

Q. How do I purchase meals?
A. We have two options for purchasing your meals. You may order online from our five menus: monthly menu, seasonal menu, celebration of the month menu, vegetarian menu and low carb menu. This option gives you more selection and if you order $275 or more you will receive 10% off. Or you may stop by the store and purchase meals from our in-store selection. Selection will vary and our current menu may not be available in store.

Q. How many people does each meal feed?
A. Our menu selection includes three menu options 1) Small – feeds 2-3 people, 2) Medium – feeds 4-5 people, and 3) Large – feeds 6-8 people; depending on appetites.

Q. Can I order as many meals as I want?
A. Online, we ask that you order a minimum of 6 smalls or 3 medium or large meals and up to as many as you like. If you would like just one or two meals, please stop by the store and purchase from our available selection.

Q. When I order online, when will my order be ready?
A. All orders must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance please. When ordering, please keep in mind that we are closed Sundays and Holidays (including Saturdays on long weekends). If you need immediate meals, please check out our selection of in-store meals. When you "check out" you can select your preferred day of pick up or the next Thursday night delivery (minimum order required for delivery).

Q. Do I have to order online?
A. No, you may email, phone or fax (860-5894) an order based on the website menus (menu available by fax as well) or you can come in to the store and purchase meals based on availability of selection.

Q. Do you offer a discount if I order or purchase more meals?
A. Yes, if you order and pay for a minimum of $275 at one time, you will receive a 10% discount. This includes in-store and online orders. Orders may be combined with in-store and online orders as long as all meals are purchased and paid for at the same time.

Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes, delivery is available on Thursday evenings with a minimum purchase of $275 (before discounts). Delivery charges are as follows: Zone A: $5.00, Zone B: 10.00, Zone C: 15.00, Zone D: $20.00, for beyond this Zone, please contact us. Click here to see the zones. Someone must be home to receive the delivery. Please contact us via email or 860-3555 if you have any questions. If Thursday is not a good day for you please remember you may pick up your order at the store Monday – Saturday (with exception of Holidays and long weekends).

Q. How do I pay with a gift certificate?
A. You can order just the same as usual and select the gift certificate payment option. You will be asked for your gift certificate confirmation number. Your email confirmation will be sent after verification of your gift certificate. You must provide the gift certificate at time of pick up or delivery. Or you may bring your gift certificate into the store and purchase our in-store meals.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Of course, however, to receive a refund or to reschedule your pick up or delivery we require 24 hours notice from the order completion date.

Q. Do I need to join anything or become a member?
A. We ask that once you are ready to place your order you sign in to your secured account, which will have your related information to place your order. Our system does not keep your credit card numbers on file, so you will need to input this information each time. If you prefer to pay for your order by cash or debit in store, please make a note of that in the comments section at check out. We ask that you provide your credit card information to secure your purchase though.
